You can find them all over the internet.  EC Kraus has some good ones.  Just do a search.  If you don't know how to make wine and are looking for someone to give you everything you need.  Good luck with that one.  Thats part of the fun and enjoyment.  There are no set rules in wine making.  Add this, that and whatever to make it to your liking.

fruit/sugar/water mix, yeast & time = wine

depends what you are making to determin a recipe... for example, apple or grape wines don't need any added sugar, but rubarb, citrus, or melon wines probably will.

best bet is go to a home brewing shop and ask, or get a book, or look up the specific wine through google ie: "rubarb wine" "apple wine" etc.

Pick up a book by CJJ Berry. It doesn't matter which; they are all pitched at beginners. If you need supplies (you will), go to a local homebrew shop in preference to something on line. While the proprietor would rather sell you a container of grape juice, you can get good free advice on fruit wine along with your yeast and metabisulfite.
