I need a recipe for honey lemon glazed chicken

should i use flour to coat the chicken b*****s?

or should i just marinade the chicken b*****s and baste then with the honey lemon glazed in the oven??

in other words, do i need to use flour?

  1. Fresh Boneless, Skinless Chicken b*****s



    1 teaspoon paprika

    1  lemon, sliced into 8 thin slices

    1/4 cup honey

    3 tablespoons spicy brown mustard

    1 tablespoon lemon juice

    1/2 teaspoon curry powder  

      



    Cooking Instructions  

    1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Wash hands. Line 13 x 9-inch baking pan with foil; spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange b*****s in single layer in prepared pan. Wash hands. Sprinkle b*****s with paprika, then place 2 lemon slices on each breast.

    2. Bake chicken 10 minutes. Drain juices.

    3. Meanwhile, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice and curry powder in a small microwave-safe bowl; stir to mix well. Microwave sauce at HIGH 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, stirring once.

    4. Spoon sauce over chicken in pan. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is done

    just baste the chicken with a mix of 2 parts honey 1 part lemon and little herb.

    if you can marinade them first all the better

        * 2 lbs chicken wings, sections

        * 1/4 cup Old Bay Seasoning

    SAUCE

        * 1 lemon, juice and zest of

        * 1 1/2-2 cups homemade stock or canned chicken broth

        * 2 green onions, chopped

        * 1-2 garlic cloves, chopped

        * 1 teaspoon canadian steak seasoning (the dry shake kind)

        * 1 tablespoon steak sauce

        * salt (go easy, the broth may be salty, you can always add more later)

        * black pepper

        * 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (omit for milder sauce) (optional)

        * 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

        * 1/4 cup honey

        * 2 tablespoons brown sugar

        * 1 tablespoon cornstarch
