  1. it's might be best if you go to the store and get a box that says just add water because I don't think there one with no eggs homemade.

  2. 2 cups flour

    1 tablespoon baking powder

    1/2 tsp salt

    3 tablespoons butter

    11/2 cup milk

    1 tsp vanilla

sift together dry ingredients cut in butter..add milk and vanilla...add more milk if need be.

  3. any recipe will do. Just leave out the eggs!

    2 cups flour

    2 teaspoons baking powder

    1/3 cup oil

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 tablespoons sugar

Blend the above together. Now you can add any of the following:

    1 1/2 cups milk

1 cup yogurt and enough water or milk to make it pancake like batter

1 cup buttermilk and enough water to make it pancake batter like

1 to 2 cans beer or ale

We went camping and I ran out of powder milk to go in the pancakes and came up with the one with beer. We also had no eggs to go in it that morning. It really does work!!

  4. INGREDIENTS

2 cups all-purpose flour or whole wheat flour

    1/4 cup sugar

    1/2 teaspoon salt

    2-1/4 teaspoons baking powder

    1/2 teaspoon baking soda

    2 cups buttermilk

    1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

    1 cup fresh blueberries

Unsalted butter to cook the pancakes

    PREPARATION

    1. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda.

    2. In another bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk and melted unsalted butter and mix well.

    3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix gently, preferably with a spatula, just until the ingredients are all wet. The batter should be lumpy. Do not over mix!

    4. In a pan, melt 1 or 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-low heat. Ladle the batter into the pan 1/3 of a cup at a time. Depending on the size of your pan you can make 2 or 3 pancakes at a time. If you want smaller pancakes use less batter.

    5. Sprinkle the blueberries over the pancakes and cook until bubbles appear along the edges and surface of the pancakes. The edges will begin to brown slightly (should take 2 or 3 minutes).

    6. Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.

    7. Serve the pancakes with butter and maple syrup.

    8. Enjoy!

NO BUTTERMILK...never fear, make your own:

    Milk (just under one cup)

1 Tablespoon white vinegar or lemon juice

    Preparation:

    1. Place a Tablespoon of white vinegar or lemon juice in a liquid measuring cup.

    2. Add enough milk to bring the liquid up to the one-cup line.

    3. Let stand for five minute. Then, use as much as your recipe calls for.

  6. EGG LESS PANCAKES

    1 cup flour

    1 teaspoon sugar

    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    2 teaspoon baking powder

    1 cup full cream milk

    1 tablespoon vegetable oil

    1 tablespoon water

    1 teaspoon vanilla essence

    2 tablespoon butter

Combine dry ingredients and mix, add milk, oil, water, and vanilla. Beat together. Set aside to rest for a ten minutes.

Heat a large pan or skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Melt butter and add to batter.

1/4 cup of batter into the pan for each pancake.

Cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip pancakes and cook until golden brown.

Sprinkle each pancake with cinnamon/sugar mixture and place in warm oven (180 deg). Do the same with all the pancakes, placing them ontop of each other.

When ready to serve, roll pancakes into roll
