  1. CRABMEAT DIP

    one garlic clove

    one-third cup cream

one eight ounce package cream cheese

    one cup flaked crabmeat

    two teaspoons lemon juice

    three-quarters teaspoon Worchestershire sauce

    dash of pepper

    dash of salt

Rub a bowl with garlic.  Gradually add cream to cream cheese in the bowl, blending until smooth.  Add remaining ingredients and mix.

  2. things that are always gone fast at parties:

    chocolate covered strawberries

    strawberries and cream

bruchette (yummy, but gives bad breath)

    chips and dip

  3. I made this for super bowl its awesome! I used just a bobli already made pizza dough ya know the kind you get at the grocery store, it was soooo good! hope you enjoy this one, I have made it over and over again everyone loved it and it was sooo easy!

    3/4 pound chicken breast cutlets

    Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling

2 teaspoons grill seasoning, (recommended: McCormick Montreal Seasoning) eyeball it

1 pizza dough, store bought or from your favorite pizzeria

Cornmeal or flour, to handle dough

    2 tablespoons butter

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, eyeball it

2 to 3 tablespoons hot sauce, medium to spicy heat

    1/2 cup tomato sauce

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese, a few generous handfuls

    1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles

    3 scallions, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Preheat grill pan to high.

Place chicken on a plate and drizzle extra-virgin olive oil over the chicken then season with grill seasoning. When grill is hot, add chicken and cook about 3 minutes on each side.

Stretch dough to form pizza using cornmeal or flour to help you handle it. If you let it rest and warm up a few minutes it will handle even easier. Set pizza on pizza pan to the side and clean board.

In a medium skillet over medium heat, melt butter and stir in Worcestershire, hot sauce, and tomato sauce.

Remove the chicken from grill and thinly slice it. Add chicken to sauce and coat. Cover the pizza dough with the saucy Buffalo chicken, cheeses, and scallions. Bake 18 minutes or until crisp.

  4. These are good.

    Italian Appetizer Bites

2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls

    ½ pound sliced deli salami

    ½ pound sliced deli ham

½ pound slide deli provolone cheese

    7 eggs

    1 cup parmesan cheese

2 jars (12 ounces each) roasted red peppers, drained

MAKES: 32 pieces.  PREP: 15 minutes.

BAKE: at 350° for 60 minutes.

Heat oven to 350°.  Coat 13x9x2” glass pan with nonstick cooking spray.  Unroll 1 package of the crescent rolls and line the bottom of the pan.  Pinch seams together.

Cover rolls with half of the salami, provolone and ham.  Lightly beat together 6 eggs and the parmesan cheese; pour half evenly over top.  Top with half of the roasted red peppers.  Repeat layering with remaining salami, cheese, ham, egg mixture & peppers.  Top with remaining package of crescent rolls.

Lightly beat remaining egg and brush over top.  Cover dish with foil; bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 30 more minutes.  Cool for 1 hour; cut into 32 squares & serve.

  5. stuffed mushrooms         brown and drain 1 lb of breakfast sausage.    mix with shaarp cheddar , parmesian,  and maybe a little cream cheese.  mix in finely chopped mushroom stems,  red bell pepper, onion, and maybe a little crumbled bacon.  mix everything together in a big casserole dish and cover microwave on high about 6 to 8 minutes.  take out   dont forget your oven mits and somewhere where to put that bowl it will be very hot. stuff caps (a bout two quarts worth)    place on baking dish  you dont need to space them, sprinkle with parmesian cheese and bake at 375 for about 35 to 40 minutes or caps are soft

  6. Chips and dip.  My favorite easy dip is:

Use and electric mixer and blend

1 package (brick) of cream cheese with

    some salsa (maybe 1 cup)

Use any kind of salsa you want to make some great variations on this.  I know it will look kind of pink and odd.  But this stuff is delicious!!
