I need a recommendation for a lender for an equity line of credit. Read details.?

I have an excellent credit rating and my property is worth more than I need, but I've been turned down twice for things that are beyond my control. Wachovia didn't like that I live on a 30 acre farm, and Citibank didn't like that my home is not stick built. Any suggestions on where else to try?

Lenders are being really tight these days on these types of loans.  If you are 62 years or older, you may want to consider a Reverse mortgage which is very similar to an equity line of credit however with no payments.  Credit and income is not a factor as well.
