  1. Ask her to invite some friends round and get them baking buns, or buy pizza bases and get them to decorate the tops, then put them in the oven and stick a dvd on which they can watch whilst eating the pizzas they made themselves. Be sure to take pictures of them with their pizzas that they can show their parents.

  2. invite her friends to go to a shopping mall. and make sure they bring their own money!!

  3. How about a party for her at her favorite park?   A fun one with a public pool?  You could provide snacks and drinks and balloons, and the kids can all go swimming at the pool... you can decorate the picnic table of your choice with all kinds of fun stuff!  Go to the dollar store !    Make sure the kids parents give them money to get into the pool!  At 9 yrs old the kids aren't going to look for a bunch of food... just snacks and drinks so it could really get cheap!

  4. Some classics. Decorations. A cake lots of presents. And maybe a surprise guest that will surprise everyone. Or maybe bowling.

  5. Is there a neighborhood pool, lake or beach you can take her to? If so, you can do what my 10 yr old cousins did - they had 1/2 of the party at the house (with a karaoke machine, music and food) and then they went to the pool later for a couple of hours. The girls came back to the house and had a sleepover.

  6. cinema and MacDonald's...not a party but a nice, fairly cheap (depending on how many go)  and most kids enjoy that

  7. Well, you could just have a party at your house.  You could play games, watch movies...a sleepover might even be fun.  You could decorate the house and buy some nice cake.

  9. Awww how sad!

    .........................................

    How about this.

    .........................................

Take her to her favorite Resturant-Like =CHUCKY CHEESE=

and invite her friends........she will probably like that and they will have fun & stuff!

and i think that's cheap so u won't have to waste all of ur money!

  10. go eat in mcdonalds, or pizzahut

or cheaper, have a bbq in the park

  11. Aww!! Well you could:

Have a pamper pizza party this quite girlie, all you go in paint there nails and give the children a make over and when that is dont then can make there own pizza this a low cost idea as all the will need iz the pizza bases and few toppings its great fun for them...

You could also get some face paints and do a theme.

I hope shes has a great birthday n it all works out!!

  12. Arcade, then a movie at home with cake.

  13. a proper party at your house.. with tents and a bbq

makes her feel grown up (:

    xx

  14. Have an 'Idol' party--- karaoke with a 'stage' and a glittering ball and video clips. Don't forget to tape everything!

  15. O goodness well hows about buying a slip n slide instead they are cheap...and also call ur local party store and see what kind of things they have for a good price

  16. well if your daughter likes Hanna Montana or the Jonas  brothers just go to i party or your local party store and pick up plates napkins, everything to do with what ever she likes and its pretty cheap.

    good luck

  17. When

  18. Ok can  you organise transport? could the other kids parents drop their kids off and collect for you? I suggest roping in family or friends, go to a local park have a picnic party and have games ready to play such as relay races, egg & spoon, 3 legged race just like school sports day, have lollies as prizes, 9 yr olds are pretty happy once they are playing/competing and 9 yr old girls generally want to please. You could set up a scavenger hunt where they have to find 10 things on a list, attach a plastic bag my sisters kids loved this. Stuff like:

    An acorn/pinecone

    A birds feather

    A bottle cap/lid

    Certain leaves

    A daisy

    A dandelion

    add as you wish

Do bring antiseptic wipes or spray hand wash and sunscreen/hats for all. A first aid kit would be a bonus too and lots of adult helpers if possible.

If it's a case that you are stuck in the house, have a scavenger hunt there, be prepared to hide things they have to find & make sure there's equal amounts of stuff! You could buy a pile of cheap white t-shirts and fabric markers and let each child design their own t-shirt, that would take up 20 mins or so then the usual party games or disco/karaoke.

You could get lining for that hole in the garden and use it as a disco floor! BBq outside if it's safe to use the garden?

    good luck

  19. You should do a mystery party like you can hide a key to open something and then you give them a clue and they go to that place and then it will store another clue and then you can have soup and it can be called a murky lagoon when its just chicken noodle soup and you can go on websites and serch there and you can also you can do lemon juice writing OR milk and iron it hope i helped

  20. Through her a surprise party with all her friends. yall can all stay home and play games and watch movies. i am eleven. if i was going to have a pool party and i couldn't and my family was short on money, i would probably want all my friends to come over and watch a movie and play games. sorry to here about your pool though

  21. When I was a kid and still went to birthday parties the best thing we could ever do was treasure hunts. It's cheap too. Fill a box with sweets and goodies and place it by X. Have a starting point with directions to point 2. At point 2 you have something for them to complete like an egg run or some other short game that as reward for completing it will give them directions to point 3. Repeat as many times as you like with different little tasks and games until they have found the treasure. And a BBQ with burgers and sausages always goes down well with kids for food.

  22. gurl... go take her to da park and have a bbq.. or u can always take da easy way out and go to chuck e. cheese ... hope i helped...

  23. Take her to the mall and tell her she as X amount of money to get whatever she wants.

  24. Get one of your most entertaining, funny, good with the kids friends or relatives to put on a children's themed comedy show or entertainment show of some sort in your backyard.  Cheap props and good jokes will go a long way with a group of kids.  Avoid clowns though.  You need to make sure the person's rapport is excellent with children.  Try to make the theme coincide with one of your daughter's favorite characters or television personalities; or...

Take them to the beach if you want to keep it water themed.  That's about as cheap as it can get and you have already paid lifeguards there.

  25. Do a spa day PJ party - invite a few girlfriends over for a sleep over & make Avacado & Cucumber face masks, hair styles (get a few teen style magazines, mani & pedi cures.  Maybe a little music so they can dance around.  make your own pizza.  let them all sleep in the living room and do a late night movie.  chocolate chip pancakes in the am.

  26. umm... try to throw her a pool party at a local pool. see what she says about that...[and try not to invite that many people if ur on a budget]

  27. try a Hawaiian theme, they have lots of items at dollar tree

or maybe a inside camping slumber party

set up tents, let them make smores, give em flash lights

  28. A buffet in a restaurant?

  29. Hole in the ground party?

Hmm without knowing her it's hard to answer.

What about a "America's got Talent" party or "American Idol" (Im amusing you're American if not , just replace the word American with what ever country you live in).

You could set up a little stage, curtains, maybe beg/steal/borrow some lights, big HiFi, then you could sort of get the guests to sing, or do magic, or act, or dance, YEAH! then you could get either your little girl to be one of the judges, maybe with someone else cool, like a nice teacher or something (someone the kids would want to impress), you could give prizes to the winner, make a little trophy or something!

    Yeah!

    ...can I come?
