Okay, I'm trying to build up my running endurance, because at this point I have none. My goal is to be able to run a mile without huffing and puffing, or stopping. I need something that can take 3 weeks maximum. Thank you so much!!! :)

  1. run a minute, walk a minute. Run two minutes, walk two minutes. Do that until you can get to the point where you can run for ten minutes. That should be about the time it takes to finish a mile, at most. :)

  3.    Find out how long you can jog without huffing and puffing. The next day or later, put together a running scheduled based on easy running and walking. One day you could run two thirds the distance and walk the last third. Do this 4 times a week. Make sure you are rested before you run again. I must warn you 3 weeks is not enough time to adapt to effective running and endurance build-up.
