To get up all you do is lay in the water with most of your board above the water.  Then when the boat floors it all you do is keep your arms straight, lean back, and turn sideways when the boat pulls you up.  But let the boat pull you up don't try and pull yourself up.

k so you sit in the water literally like ur sittin put the rope over the top of the board  make ur arms straight and as the boat pulls just stay kinda squattin and the board will start to ride on top of the water sideways that is when u pick which foot is going in front or behind
