Sorry to say but this is not possible.The "6-pack" is obtained after many days of hard work and exercise,and most of all dedication.If you want to start working on a 6-pack,then you should start watching what you eat,and going along with that,start running/walking and doing crunches and other abdominal workouts!Good luck!
