  10. "This is Sew Easy" sounds more like a slogan than a company name.

I would name the company Sew Easy and drop the 'This is' part as it does not lend itself to a company title but Sew Easy is a great name as long as it is not being used by someone else for similar products. You can check uspto.gov and search for trademarks for Sew Easy (Hint: use only 'sew' as the search phrase and it will narrow this down but you can also get some good ideas from this as it shows both live and dead trademarks. Oh Sew Easy and Sew Easy are registered trademarks. If you tried to get This Is Sew Easy trademarked you might have a problem since it is so similar and in the same industry….Can't plagiarize, in other words.

I agree that you really don't need a slogan since the title is so catchy on it's own. I ran across a company name for a Chicago based coffee shop called Brewed Awakening and that says it all in the name, like your's does. I also saw a carpet cleaning company that has a mascot of a dalmation and the slogan is "See Spot Run". Very cute but I cannot tell you the name of the company because I forgot it over the great slogan!!??

Keep in mind that the slogan may take away from the name as above and when it comes to creating business cards, letterhead, envelopes, do you want the slogan on there?

You might want to consider a good Mission Statement instead that can act as a slogan for your company. Be careful since 'so easy' stirs up thoughts of "It's so easy a caveman can do it" slogan. You would be better off leaving it out and letting the name stand on it's own and be directly related to Sewing and nothing else.

I am not sure if you are selling the items and/or the patterns for others to sew and that is why it is Sew Easy?? To create a slogan I would need to know what exactly you are selling. "Sew-Easy Patterns" (for teen girls for instance) would be a reason for the company name. This would be a fun logo to create and I would focus on a solution for that and if you are not selling your Sew-Easy Patterns, you might think about adding it to your product line. Sew-Easy could be a very popular item for teen girls learning how to sew or for anyone who wants to try out this craft.

Seweasy Todd - Name for a company (off track but had to add it)

    Sew Easy, Inc.

"Forever Sew your Piece" - Slogan (that is if you sell the patterns...which there is a lot you can do with the pattern concept and since you are sewing the items you might as well create or sell the patterns as an add on product.)

    Product: Sew Easy Teens

Product: Sew Easy Ties (for men who might want to give sewing a shot)

    Good Luck!
