I need a small ramp connecting my drive to my garage?

There is a couple of inch height difference between my drive-way and my garage slab. Does anyone know of a company that makes a small ramp-like product that would make up the difference between the two heights?

You need to keep that, so the water runs away from your garage on heavy rain and wind.

The cheapest and simplest way would be a 14 ft 2 by 6.You could even notch the tire contact side of it and even spray paint it a concrete color.
