I'm running for Student Representative and I need a snappy finishing line for a speech. i.e. Vote for me (line here)

  1. Okay...

It is said that when you cast your vote you are voting your conscience, but I promise if you vote for me you will win my conscience as well!

Or if you want funny with a historical reference:

And I promise you this, NO NEW TAXES!

No new taxes, was said by the 1st George Bush, obviously it did not win him a second term, since he lied!

    Or, again funny and topical:

I will work as hard as they do in Congress!

Or another funny with historical reference:

Franklin Roosevelt said, "You have nothing to fear except fear itself", I say, If you DON'T vote for me, you'll fear my Uncle Carmine Gambino!

    Hope this helps!

  2. It all depends on what your angle was during the speech. Personally, I would go for something that makes an impact, BUT lightens the mood. That's just me, though. I like to be humorous. Make sure it is relevant to your cause, though.
