If your talking about video editing programs there are many on offer, Some are more advance but offer a much more professional finish, while other are simple to use but cannot deliver something quite so professional looking.

its just a matter of finding one the suits your needs and abilities, heres some to check out:

there are many more though so just search google for video editing and see what you can find.

by the way Windows has a free but simple video editing program called Windows movie maker that I'm pretty sure comes with Windows XP and Vista.
