  1. carrie underwood- some hearts (pop/country and amazing song)

  2. "Don't Stop Belivin'" by Journey! :)

  3. Try something by meg and dia maybe?

  4. "Any Dream will do" is a Popular One, or "I will Follow Him" from the film Sister Act

  5. Choose a song based on your voice. IE: Do'nt choose a song with too many high notes if high notes sound thin or screechy.  Choose something recognizable, but not by someone too recognizable.

You want people to be able to know the tune, but not compare you to the original.  Never Never choose a song because you like it.  Most 'likable' songs end up being too well known.

  6. Try something by Taylor Swift Tear Drops on my Guitar is always good Go for something popular
