I need a split by Aug. (next dance season!)?

I go to a college and I have to get my split by Aug. I am pretty close I just need to get farther and my front and back leg straight help!!

  1. You can make it! My dance teacher told me that you can learn the splits in TWO weeks! You have plenty of time! All you have to do is...

    -Stretch REALLY good

    -Do all three splits and hold them for a good amount of time...(At least a minute)

    -Do this before you go to bed every night and you should have them!

  2. Stretch daily and stay in the split you need to work on for five minutes then switch and yeah it works.

  3. you must stretch daily. if your splits are close enough to the ground go down and do not let your hands touch the floor. but you can only do this if you are pretty close. please do no pull a muscle. just stay down for more than a minute each day and soon your muscles will become more stretched out and soon you will get farther and farther down each day. dont give up

  4. stretch after you take a hot shower or bath. That is when your muscles are the most flexible. Just be careful not to pull a muscle!

  5. Begin by strethching. Then take about 10-20 minutes and start by standing up and just go lower step-by-step hold each positon for 10-20 seconds then go lower until you're on the ground.
