I need a sponcer to bring my fiancee to the u.s but i did not make enough last year. what do i do.?

i need to know what papers i need to file. i have some one to sponcer i just need to know what papers and what is the requirments for them to have.

  1. Are you a US citizen?  Only a US citizen can bring a fiancee to the United States.  Have you been to meet your fiancee in person?  That's required or the visa will not be issued.

    If you do not earn enough money you need a cosponsor.  It can be any friend or family member.

    You need to file I-129F, I-864 and G-325A with the USCIS.  It will take over a year.  You can find the forms here.....

  2. Did u already file a k1 fiancee visa? u need to do that first. the Affidavit of Support (form I-134) comes a bit later. this site is very helpful:

  3. Marry her now and apply for a K1 or K3 visa. Also get a job that pays better.


  4. The petitioner (that's you) and your co-sponsor will EACH fill out the form I-134 and EACH will provide supporting documentations like ITRs, paystubs, letter of employment etc. These documents will be needed later on your K-1 process during her interview.You'll not be submitting them yet on your initial petition.
