Question:

I need a sport to play? Best gets 10 points?

Okay I want a sport that I can play that is fun and will give me a good workout. BUT I need it to be out of the 4 regular sports which I SUCK at (basketball, soccer, football, baseball). Any good ideas for a sport? Again, fun AND something that will make me more fit and athletic.

  1. basketball maybe but if not that try wrestling.


  2. soccer will get u in great shape. and also is not a sport where u need tremendous skills to play rite away. Mainly its running. If u have trouble dribbling the ball, u can just play defense and pass to other players. the other sports would take a lot more practice to be able to pick up and play. so i say give soccer a try.

  3. I'm really into martial arts (not MMA, the traditional side of it) and it is a good workout for the body and mind.  On the plus side, you can learn self-defense as well.

  4. paintball!!! its awesome i suck at most of those sports too so this is wat i play it involves alot of running and being aware  and u have to cover up alot like shirt armor pods guns etc wich causes u to sweat even more  and its safer then all the sports u said

  5. Basketball combines so many skills in one and is a lot funner, IMO, than other sports.

    It's the only sport of the ones you mentioned that you can really practice by yourself and get better at while still having a fun time. Got to the park with a basketball and shoot some hoops and lay-ups...you'll get better and it'll bring on a sweat for you. As far as I can tell, basketball doesn't make you "athletic" in terms of losing weight, but it's a good cardio-excercize.
