  1. Have you been stealing scrap metal and selling it abroad? I run a business catching metal thieves, we guillotine them with government approval.

  2. Don't s***w around here, contact a shipping company which you will have to do anyway. They know all the paperwork needed and can help you find an export escrow bank who acts between seller and buyer. Buyer pays in escrow for the product, when the product arrives they accept it (or not), then you get paid by the bank. They could advise you on who to contact to have additional contracts drawn up, but most import export business is a matter of delivering product, their acceptance, and getting paid. Plus of course all the import and export laws of the countries involved.

If it's just an overland border and there is an agreement in place between countries as in the EU or Nafta in North America (US, Canada, and Mexico) just get a  lawyer who specializes in this area and have them draw a contract up to fit the situation.

  3. I dunno whether this will help. Recently I saw a website with lots of scrap metal buyers. I am a member of the same and they have sent me a magazine called RecycleMAG. The magazine was with business offers and some fair articles. Better check it out....
