I need a stellar first day outfit?

Okay, i'm going into highschool, and i need a really stylish outfit. Something comftorable, yet hott, lol.

But please gimme links to stores you would find at a mall or like target, because i'm going shopping at my mall tommorow, so it'd be great if i could pick the pieces of the outfit up there. No links from polyvore, please.

Anyways, i like 80's meets preppy kind of look?

But if you find a tank, i'd have to wear a shirt under it.
