I need a stimulus for a dance solo i need to do.?

im soo stuck on ideas. i need to create a dance based on a stimulus, can be auditory, tactile, ideational, kineasthetic or visual.thanks

Creating an auditory dance can be hard because you can be influenced too much by the music and lose the idea sometimes.

In my dance class, people did choreographies based on :-

Star signs

The elements

Issues e.g. racism

The life of a famous person

Eras e.g. rock 'n' roll

Feelings

Books/poems e.g. The Red Room

but also, just looking around you at adverts and everyday life can easily inspire you ... I got my stimulus in a doctor's waiting room!!!

i had to do dance at school and we  had to do a dance based on poems you could try that
