I need a substitue for an amusement park swing ride (plz preess this button)?

i found a site where i can build an amusemnet park swing rdie froms cratch but i need a substitute for the record player. can u give me a substitue to ue to turn it.

Looks like a fun toy... But it doesn't look like substituting a record player is a good idea..... I would get one from a local thrift shop or Good Will store or even a pawn shop..... You could also try eBay. Hope this helps.
