It doesnt have to be so detailed just about the whole book its ok to spoil ending. I need to introduce it to my class with a "catchy" opening and am supposed to sell it to the class (make them wanna read it) Any ideas?

  1. The person before me is right, the book's not that important to be on Sparknotes or those websites.

Wikipedia has a plot summary of the book, and you can find that here:

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twilight_(n...

However, if you've read the book for yourself, you'd be able to come up with a "catchy" opening and seller with no problem. If you haven't read the book, then why are you trying to make your class want to read it if you don't even know if it's any good? If you have and just can't remember things, the book isn't a long read.

Anyway, good luck. Hope I helped. (:

*EDIT* What are the thumbs down for? Suggesting that she read the book if she's doing an assignment of it?

    Oh, well excuse me.

  2. Sorry to say, to get a summary of this one you'll have to read it. It's too new, and definitely not important enough, to be on Sparknotes or the like.

EDIT: To Ashley -- don't you know you ALWAYS get thumbs down up here for daring to suggest one actually READ a book! LOL In fact, you're lucky not to get a violation for making such an outrageous suggestion!

  3. Twilight is about love and trust. Edward is a good vampire. Bella loves Edward. Edward loves Bella but doesn't want to hurt her. A bad vampire comes after Bella and Edward eventually takes him down. The End.
