i live in sunderland and i need a school playground laying but for cheep! it has to be the sutable for children type!

Sorry, but I think you will be hard pushed for 'cheap'.

Tarmac costs a lot, been a buyer for a construction company for a year. Go to small companies, get a quote, go to larger company, tell them you can get it for xx amount, they should be able to do it cheaper. Less overheads. Has to be same deal though.
