Call animal control or the Brookfield zoo.  You can't just purchess tranquilizers.

Not to mention this all sounds highly illegal and improbable....

Ok, throw something against the opposite wall, and while it's distracted give it a swift kick in its bare as$. He might hate that sh#t, but it'll at least stun 'em while you start a load of laundry. The only problem is that you'll have to do  it again to move your clothes into the dryer.
