My Japanese pen pal said this to me and he wont tell me what it says.

It sounds very strange that your Japanese pen-pal told you who don't understand Japanese this in Japanese.

Why don't you ask him to translate what he said into English directly?

What "bluemoonmemory" said doesn't even really sound remotely correct to what your pen pal said. I don't know the direct translation for this, but he is talking about what he did today. He's also asking you to do something in the last phrase. "Kudasai" usually ends a request. Try asking him for the translation.
