I need a tutorial of sorts on a Sasuke Uchiha Cosplay?

Question

His black outfit, I suppose, is the one I'm going for. I definantly can't buy an outfit and I'm pretty good with the machine, so I need a little advice as to how to get everything done. (I.E., the shirt, the arm thingies xD, the leg thingies...)

I've pretty much understood everthing else!

P.S. I'm actually going to the spectacular Sakura-Con in Washington (2009). Hope to see some of you there! 8D
