I need a tutorial on how to type and what fingers to use since I still only use 2 fingers! (Terrible)?

I can type VERY fast but I could type so much faster if I used more fingers than 2. Thank-you.

There are alot of good free programs that will teach you.  Personaly if you can key fast to your own acourd I dont really care.  But thats me.  The default keys for the left are a,s,d,f the right should be on j,k,l,; then you reach for the keys around that this is the home keys.

Using most of your fingers during typing is a technique called "touch-type". Here are some useful websites on more about touch-typing:

I would recommend pasting a Wikipedia article into it to practice typing the text.

After you get the home keys down pat, by going over and over again typing them out over and over.  Get you a notebook and write as many 3 letter words as you can think of or go through the dictionary and find them.  Then try to look at the notebook for as much of the page as you can without looking at your fingers.  It is all about getting comfortable with the home keys and keeping your fingers only working 1 set of keys.  If you look at the keyboard home row is ASDFJKL;  Now for your left hand ZAQ1 forms a line that is to be typed by your pinky or little finger.  XSW2 are your ring finger keys CDE3 are your middle finger.  The pointer gets used a little more it gets VFR4 and bgt5.  Now the right hand NHY6 and MJU7 for the pointer.  Middle finger ,ki8 as the right ring gets .lo9 the pinky gets /;p0 but also gets over worked with everything to the right of those such as enter and shift, the thumb is always the space bar...  

Just start with small words and work your way up a little at a time,  it will come easier than you think.  

By the way, don't forget the most important thing, STREATCH your fingers out.  Typing is one of the worst causes of Carpoltunel or how ever it is spelled...

i use 2 fingers XD most of the time, just keep typing
