it will be summer here (aus)in in about 2 months and i wanna get my body into shape.i have a bench press dumbbells a power tower which is for abs triceps dips and a chin up bar(wide grip)i have a rowing machine aswell.im just having trouble keeping my routine consistent.like ill do 4 sets of 10 on the bench press then 4 sets of 10 on the incline bench press.i do 4 sets of ten with the dumbbells .but other than that i dont really know what to do.i feel that there should be more than what i am doing.and because i dont know what to do i dont have as much motivation.can anyone help me out at all plz?also i want to build a bit more muscle but i wanna have a toned lean body not a big massive muscle body.i aslo surf so i cant afford to weigh 100kg of muscle if you get my drift.thanks heaps if yaz need to ask any questions so you can help me out more just ask and ill asnwer them
