I need a very large streusel recipe using margarine flour and sugar?also...?

i work in a bakery and all of our recipes were taken. i believe the measurements for our streusel were 5lb sugar 5lb flour and 2 or 3 lb margarine.....

but its hard to say.

we also need recipes for peanut butter bars, ideas for specialty cakes, and a very colorful cookie we called "playdoh cookies" there are more we need.... one step at a time

for a serving of 80 you need 3 pounds sugar ,3 pounds flour and 1 pound butter.
