I need a video conversion freeware.?

I need a video conversion freeware that would convert .flv (flash) into .avi or .wmv

Anyone know of any good freeware? I don't want anything that will leave a watermark or anything.

I don't know freeware to convert flv to avi, wmv, my friends recommend this flv converting software to me, it's not free, but it
