I need a water pokemon! Diamond/Pearl?

Question

I will trade a level 37 Roserade for a 40+ level water Pokemon. Roserade Knows..Cut-Grass Knot- Solar Beam- and Mega Drain. I also can offer a level 6 combee,and a lvl 29 happiny. Help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you need the Pokemon for?

You can FISH up ALMOST ALL the Water Pokemon in the game.

Gyarados can be a good HM slave, by the way.
