  5. First of all one must be out of his mind... to decide to lose 10 ponds in a week. Because its not healthy at all. You must loose your health balance doing that.

    If you still insist, and you are not in hurry, you must gradually decrease the intake of everything. I insist GRADUALLY.

    If you are in hurry. Give yourself at lest 2 weeks, to come to the point where your body can tolerate the low amount of intakes. That is a bit fast track.

    Increase your HDL intake and decrease your LDL. Almond is the best intake. But you have to crush it with your teeth until it become cream.

    Decrease your dine timings. From 3 to 1. and rest two must be natural  juices.

    Then you start the Juice therapy. The way is to have Orange natural juice with a table spoon of Honey. That will be your total intake for three times a day, and for 14 days.

    Then start some light vegetables and fruits, as boil cauliflower, or banana shake. Then gradually came to hard one like apple, etc. Until you do came to normal eating for nest 14 days.

    If you do that after 3 moths regularly, you need no other diet plan.

    One thing is must be in your life style. Morning brisk walk for 30 minutes. And you will feel the best of yourself.

    Preferably when you wake up in the morning before breakfast

    because in that way you get the better results. Don't drink any soda's

    or bubbly drinks, only water. Absolutely no coffee. Eat more vegetables and less pasta/rice/potatoes. If you eat bread only eat 100% wholegrain bread.

  14. i tried this diet, and i've been losing about 2 pounds per day.

    as soon as you wake up, drink 8 oz of water with 1 tsp of metamucil mixed in. personally, i like the pink lemonade metamucil, but it also comes in berry and orange. metamucil is fiber, so this will make you feel somewhat full, and keep you from over-eating.

    breakfast: i have 2 or 3 stalks of celery, and 1 1/2 tbsp of NATURAL peanut butter. or on some days, i slice some cucumber and dip it in hummus.



    lunch:    salad with: romaine, lettuce, celery, cucumber, onion, green/red/orange/yellow peppers, basically whatever veggies you can find in the fridge, but NO CARROTS!!! also, add a small handful of almonds or walnuts on top. the protein will keep you full and give you energy. as for dressing, i like the Salad Spritzers. you know, the salad dressing that comes in a spray bottle. i like the vinegarette or the balsamic. make sure you get one that has less than 2 grams of sugar in it!

    dinner: try grilling some peppers and onions. or try some of the recipes i have links to below.

    dessert: sugar free popsicle, OR 2 pieces of sugar free candy.

    you'll also need to workout during this diet. the best time to work out is in the morning before you eat anything. if there's nothing in your stomach, that forces your body to get its energy from its fat stores. go to a gym and go on the elliptical for at least 30 minutes, the treadmill (4mph pace) for at least 15 minutes, and then do some weight lifting on the bowflex or with free weights for about 20 minutes. also, try to do about 150 crunches a day. and if you can, add in some push ups.

  15. Why do you need to lose 10 lbs in a week? Plus, I don't think it's possible to do it in a healthy way. I wouldn't use the gel, though. It would be a lot like liposuction.

    eat plenty of veggies and fruits and also drink plenty of water to stay healthy..and hydrated ..

    stick to this plan for a week..no pastries nor any kind of oily or deep fried foods....

    this will work for sure..in a weeks time u might lose a few pounds, but not 10 , i dont think so, but in a months time , yes for sure..and that too only if u stick to ur diet and exercise !

    u can start of by doing daily exercises and having a healthy diet..

    drink lots of water so that u dont go hungry that often..

    dont eat too much of sweets or snacks...

    have fruits or veges instead...

    try making them into salads..

    might look more appetising and all..

    and... for exercises, i would recommend you to use a treadmill. u could try working out at a gym. also, for better results, you could try using a hoolahoop. its cheap and it REALLY works.

  22. That's physically impossible. Our bodies do not expend one pound of stored energy unless under some kind of extreme exercise. If you factor in eating (exercise is next to impossible without it), there is no natural way to lose ten pounds in one week. It may not be what you want to hear, but it is what you need to realize.

  24. Losing 10lbs in a single week is very unhealthy and any method you used to achieve that would also be unhealthy either because of starvation (which actually SLOWS DOWN weight loss) or unhealthy amounts of exercise.

    If you want to lose weight, then eat healthier foods in smaller portions, but more often to stabalise your metabolism. 2000 calories per day is recommended daily amount (for women. 2500 for men) but for weight loss you'll want to eat a little less. About 1600 to 2000. Any less than 1500 is EXTREMELY unhealthy.

    Other than that, do cardio exercises as cardio burns fat the quickest. But do the occasional muscle workout as well as excess cardio deteriorates muscle tissue, and the more muscle you have the higher your metabolism and weight loss rate will be so you'll want to keep and improve what muscle you have, while doing cardio.
