I need a website about termination of parental rights

Question

I need a website about termination of parental rights for one parent. My child's father wants to have his parental rights terminated. I am fine with that due to the circumstance (it is a long story of abuse from him). I just want to keep my child protected from him. I need a website explaining either the process or what it takes to get one of the parent's parental rights terminated.

This is all done in court. He would still be responsible for Child Support. I am guessing that he really wants out of the obligation.
