I need a website for houses to lease/rent in the Detroit Area of Shelby Twp, Sterling Hgts, or Romeo MICHIGAN

I have looked on Craigslist.com, and every time, it never seems to work out. 4 houses we've looked at in a row were leased the night before through the owner, and not the realtor, so we looked at some for nothing. Please help me! We're looking to move out by Mid-August. A website will be just fine, for me to look myself, but here are our specifications: 3 bedrooms; 2 Baths; basement, finished would be AWESOME, but we need a basement; dishwasher, and backyard.

NO CONDOS OR TRAILERS. Subdivisions okay.

Pools are nice but not required; backyard is required.

1300 Square feet and up

HIGHEST RENT ONLY $1400 per month, NOT ANY HIGHER!

http://MoveInMichigan.com might have what you're looking for. This is the largest Multiple Listing Service in Michigan. Select your area and enter 1 or 2 thousand as the highest price to look for leases.

In Michigan, a Buyer's Agent can legally represent you in obtaining a lease. There are sample forms about Buyer's Agency in my profile. I do not service that area.
