I need a website not like limewire that downloads stuff for free without spyware?!?!?!?

ok i use lime wire and it was great except that u can download spy ware and my computer had lots of viruses and stuff so i want something that can download tv shows music and like pod casts FOR FREE without the hassle of viruses and spy ware plzzz help 10 POINTS FOR BEST ANSWER!!!!!!!!!

Get torrent, easy to use

Btmon.com for the torrents themselves, just good bittorrent and dl it, then go onto btmon (has "bad" advertisements tho ><) and search for w/e and dl torrent, then open it in torrent and there ya go :D but one thing about it, it takes up ur internet like crazy, so You may not want to be doing other things while doing it, (like playing a game online) and for shows, i recommend not Dling them, i recommend going to http://www.surfthechannel.com great website :D

There is no "safe" website or online place, especially when it comes to downloading files (hopefully nothing copyrighted, harumph). You should treat each as if they are possibly infected, and protect yourself with up to date anti-virus software, a good firewall, and also some anti-malware/anti-spyware type software.

I use AVG free edition, spybot (also free), a-squared for trojans (also free).

If I think I have a problem one of those isn't detecting or protecting against, then I start investingating on the internet.
