I need a website that plans the shortest way to a place (using the TTC in Toronto) for you.?

If you go to the TTC website, it will provide you with bus routes. Then you will be able to decide which route you want to take.

You can also make use of this website which combines Google Maps with the TTC's route maps (and other connecting GTA transit maps).

If you put in the address/intersection of your destination you'll be able to see which of the bus/subway routes service the area, and then plan out a trip accordingly.

You may have to flip back and forth between this map and the TTC's website for schedules (as Trix_R_not_4_kids has mentioned) but it's one of the better alternative I've come across thus far.
