Question:

I need a window for my '95 chevy beretta?

I'm going to call around to some junk yards to see if they have any, but what other cars have the same widnow? I know some cars use the same parts...

  1. If you are going to change the window yourself check and see if the window has nut and bolts which hold the window track to the window regulator or if it's pop rivets.Not trying to be a smartalic but the track is what the window sit's in and the window regulator is what makes the window move up and down. If it's pop rivets you will need a "big daddy " rivet gun ( that's the name of it I swear ) you might need to rent or borrow one.It's been a while since I've worked on one so i'm not sure if it's the bolts or rivet.Make sure that you keep the washer in between the window and bolt.Nothing sucks worse than when you tighten down your bolts and the window shatters

Pretty much the only window you can use is the ones from the same model car.  I don't know if GM made the same car under another name.  Like Pontiac.  Also not glass has color take a white piece of paper and hold it to the other window and look thru the window at your paper and you will see the paper will appear to be another color..
