I need accommodation in Costa del sol, 4 to 11th aug, about 3 star half board for under £400?

£400 per week? Anyway email around in the exact area where you want to spend your hols. Hotels have a tough season this year and offer really good deals, but you have to haggle just like in the old days. I bet you'll find a hotel. Google for Costa Del Sol hotels. The £ has dropped considerably against the euro since last year. Now approx. 1.27 euro for a pound, last year 1.47. So take that into consideration.
