I need advice about my future cheat meal this weekend...?

So it's my stepdads birthday on Saturday. And he eats ANYTHING, so of course for his birthday meal, he wants our traditional yellow rice and beans with beef patties, ice cream cake, and other appetizers. For breakfast that day I'll probably have just plain oatmeal, no snacking or lunch. The question is, how can I prevent binging with my cheat meal and avoiding lunch and snacks? I don't wanna miss out on this stuff.

  1. cheat meals is this anerexic slang

because apart from the cake this sounds like a perfectly reasonable meal from a nutritional perspective and the breakfast sounds good

but this is assuming but hear i go

    anorexia is not s**y

a balanced diet with heealthy food at regular intervals is smaller amounts is an easy way to controlle weight as your metabolic rate will speed up and you will look and feel better

    yay for hips

  2. If you have already said to yourself you don't want to binge then you won't. Even dieters deserve a cheat day! try eating the beans and rice first to fill yourself a bit, drink loads of water. I don't think your step-dad will mind if you don't finish it all! Don't avoid lunch-have something light, perhaps some soup. If you do skip lunch, you'll be more likely to binge with your dinner.

    And enjoy the meal!!

  3. i'd say don't deprive yourself, if you want something eat it but only take a small scoop of each thing you want so you don't end up overeating... also drink lots of water in between bites this always helps me because it fills you up quickly. also you could try dinking hot tea before the meal, this helps too!
