  1. wow!!

  2. the surgen should be able to show him this!

  3. I think that you're confused on what someone who is thinking about undergoing sexual reassignment surgery is going through.

He isn't thinking about how he's going to end up looking after the surgery.  Typically, he already thinks of himself as a woman.  This isn't about how beautiful--or how ugly--she will look after the surgery.

The actual sexual reassignment surgery is typically just referring to genitalia.  Further plastic surgery and/or hormone treatments are often used to change external appearance.

The entire process is referred to as transitioning.  It involves psychological consultations, as the sexual reassignment surgery is not something that is fully reversible.  The surgeon will be going over what she will look like after the surgery.  The best software to use is what the surgeon is using.  It will mimic the actual changes that are planned, as opposed to some idealized "version" of a man turning into a woman that you can find on the internet.

Your friend is actually going through a really rough time right now, and needs you to listen and try to understand.  Here's a FAQ for friends and family, to help you get some insight into the entire process.

  4. I would think his surgeon should have some kind of program that could give him at least an idea of  how he'll turn out.  He should talk about this very seriously with a mental health professional to be absolutely sure that this is what he wants to do before doing something so drastic

  5. Thailand good doctors and the waiting period is optional also 3d imaging like RPG soft weir is good but the Doctor may no more email them and find out

  6. Has he/she got a psych consult yet?   It's usually the first step.
