Hello my name is tina

Im so tired of being fat

people say i don't lok so fat but i know i do

im 5'10 about 220-225

im so tired of it

i don't get some much attention from guys

people call me fat

this has made my self esteem fall so low

i tried acupuncture it worked but

i gained back some weight

so i was wondering

IF I EAT A PLATE OF CORNFLAKES FOR BREAKFAST THEN

EAT HEALTHY FOOD FOR LUNCH AND HAVE MORE CEREAL AND FRUIT AT NIGHT

EXCERCISE AND RUN EVERY MORNING

HOW LONG DO U THINK IT WILL TAKE FOR ME TO LOOSE

30-50LBS?

please help me out im

desperate

  1. try something like this

    yogurt for breakfast

    snack banana

    luch meat and salade not to much dressing

    snack fruits or veggies

    supper salade and a healthy meat

    then green tea

    also running is good but i would take a break once a week

    also add in some weights once a week on your legs and once on your arms you  dont want to lose weight and be falbby if you do weights one a week it willl tone your body good luck!

    dont give up.. weight yourslf once a week and no more than that! if you dont lose anything dont gove up.. sometimes it takes a while  for the body to start losing..  dont give up this will work

    you need to active your matabolism every few hours this is the way to do it


  2. Lose weight to be healthy not to attract guys. You have to love yourself no matter how big you are, if you don't, even when you get skinny, you will still be unhappy.

  3. Nutridiary is this helpful thing online to estimate, you must eat enough for your metabolism to keep going tho (1200calories at least) you might loose 7lbs a week to start with, when you get to a better weight this will probablly slow down later on in your weight loss. Good luck
