I need advice on hybrids. Should I get one or two?

Should I just get a 20 degree and replace my 3 iron and fill the gap to my five wood, or should I get a 20 and 28 and leave my 3 and 4 iron out of the bag as well?

Also, do you think this will help save the polar bears?

you will have to ask the pro at your course, sorry I love to play but am not good enough to even attempt to answer that or any other question, but whatever clubs you leave out you should hide from people like me who like to hunt as well, we may use it to club a polar bear to death. with the proper liscense of course.

You should check with the club pro to see how many clubs are allowed in your bag and the type.  Of course it only matters if you are in tournament play.  No, you cant carry a nimlik either.

It won't save the polar bears.  In fact, they probably won't even improve your game.  Don't blame the clubs for the high handicap, blame the player.

Practice your 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 and full swings for distance.  Conserve the space in your golf bag and save money.  See, in spite of your lack of concern for the environment you can still conserve AND save money at the same time.

Good one...I loved it.

All I can say is you must golf one h**l of a lot to make that determination...as a matter of fact, I think I will try to make that decision as well.  Any excuse to go golfing!
