I need afro hair help!?

Question

My hair is currently just more than an inch long and i need to find a style to do for skool..(prefferably braids)..im a male with straight hair and i was told my hair wasnt long enough for two strand twists...im loookin for a style that isnt 2 expensive and thatll be low maintenance and last a descent amount of time.

i would wait until it's longer. not much you can do in the middle-phase. either cut it or wait. or get some g curls
