Have fun at Fallas if you're there for them.  Great climate.  Try to make it down to El Saler.  That's quite an interesting area.

Has very old buildings but undergone lots of new city regeneration. Is linked to El Cid.Was under Moorish domination for centuries.Got irrigation system long before rest of Spain Has strange governing laws regarding water and water rights. Has amazing celebration called  Fallas, when people burn 30 foot effigies made from papier mache.
