I need an 8" Diameter Round Picture Frame. Cheapest Online?

Where can I find the absolute cheapest 8" Diameter Round picture frame with glass online? It can be slightly bigger, like 9", if need be, but it HAS to be round.

I am used to paying dollar store prices for picture frames, so you know.

Have you figured on the shipping fee?  You can probably find something nice at a craft shop for less than it would cost to have it shipped.  Try Michael's, Joann Fabrics, Walmart's craft department, etc. You might also be able to use an 8" round embroidery hoop or quilt hoop as a picture frame.
