My team squats and does a slap beat on the floor, while spelling Ace.  We spell it slowly then gradually get louder then we stand with our back towards the other team, turn then act like your spike (but no Jump) and hit your other hand. Its confusing to write but the beat can be whatever you want. U can really get into it.
