Random acts of kindness are just things you do as the opportunity comes up... I used to work in a hospital & would always look for ways to be kind to others there. I do that everywhere but I don't get out much...so I would pass a room & notice a older person all by themselves & walk in & be doing my job but I would ask them if I could do anything for them. They might say they were cold, I would get them a blanket, or ask if they wanted magazines. This was not my job I cleaned but I was so free to go where I wanted I would random, Ok purposely go where people were alone & scared....Some people have been know to pay for the next couple cars behind them at a toll both or walk around paying for parking meters. I am good at alot of stuff here & look for the people who can use my help & go there to help alot...If you see someone is in some kind of need & just help...I once watched a women having a very hard time coming out of Walmart...I walked back to where she was & asked her if she was Ok, she started crying. She said "i'll be fine" I said are you sure can you drive or can I take you somewhere or call someone for you & she said "I'm crying cause you are the first person who asked me if I needed help" & she proceeded to tell me she popped her knee out in the story, etc.

deviance- keying someone 's car in a parking lot

I know someone who does these two things, and they have done it all in the same day! I wonder what that means? Are they a good person or a bad person? Perhaps just a person.

a new reality TV show that takes normal people and puts them into a situation where by random chance or a game of skill, they either perform an act of deviance or an act of kindness to a stranger. finding a wallet is a mild scenario. you could be kind and turn it into the police, or you could just take it. or you could have it so that they have to be deviant to win a small prize. you don't tell anyone about the bigger prize for kindness. see what happens. everyone will be deviant for the reward that they know about.

Act of deviance:  A boy takes a girls purse out of her locker, goes to the bathroom and urinates in the purse.  He then puts the purse back in the locker.  When questioned he denies it but it was caught on videotape (the taking and returning of the purse and the trip to the washroom).  A true story - kind of gross eh?

Random act of kindness:  Paying for the meal of the next person in line when at a drive through window.
