I need an aliment,or divorce?

im am too young to be married.. have mental illness can i get a aliment...im 19 yrs old..i live n sacramento..i need advice...plz help me... dont want to be with him..hes too over controlling..he reads my texts message...he thinks i hiding something hes too parniod..he drives me crazy...plz help me.. i need a new life.. i dont wanna be stuck in the house my who life..i need to do something with my life and not be with him...so can anyone one help me plz...

it depends on how long you've been married. and why didnt you think of this BEFORE you said "i do???"

go to the court, probate and file. thats all, end of story. TELL him to leave, and he will have to leave. OR you leave, go to your families house and then file divorce and DONT PUT YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION AGAIN.

My suggestion try separating see if that works for you, makes you any happier, but know he isn't going to just sit alone in a room and wait for you, be prepared for him going out and going out with other females as well...once you've tried this if you find that you miss him horribly maybe it is time to look into counseling and working on the two of you as a couple, and see where that takes you...well good luck!

Are you sure you are 19?  and not 12?  You would be thinking of an annulment, not aliment.  If this really is true then I would say you definitely because you are way too immature to try and make a life with someone.

Find a place hopefully with a friend or family, 19 is a little too young for marriage.

if its him and he didnt disclose it to you, you would have grounds for an annulment.  You have to prove the marriage was entered into falsley.  otherwise divorce.  no kids, no house etc? easy

no you dont need to live you life misrabley.  you have to take control now. No one will do it for you
