  1. How about a TRIFLE .... made in a gigantic martini glass?  I've seen huge martini glasses that are made to be used as serving pieces ..........    Just slice some pound cake (can be frozen) and lay it around the sides.  Sprinkle with brandy ...  Get some whipped cream (or vanilla pudding or Bavarian cream) and put it in there, layering with fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries).... and just layer it all up (sprinkling more brandy on each cake layer)......


  2. "Icing on the cake" Cocktail...

    1 shot spiced rum (recommended: Captain Morgan's)

    1/2 shot butterscotch schnapps

    1/2 shot vanilla schnapps

    1 shot half-and-half

    Ice

    Candy confetti, for garnish

    Add all ingredients, except candy confetti, to cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of candy confetti.

  4. You know how they have those cupcake cakes now? Well, you could make pudding and jello shots (alternate layers) stacked to form a "cake" on the table...but the martini glass cake is a great idea, although I haven't seen one large enough to do that. I hope you have fun and happy bday!

  5. Make chocolate cake shots for everyone!  Have a tray of ready made shots with the lemon wedges all prepared so you can all to the shot together (everyone can even sing happy birthday before you do it)  :P

    1/2 shot Absolut® Citron vodka

    1/2 shot Frangelico® hazelnut liqueur

    1 lemon wedge

    Mix equal parts Absolut Citron and Frangelico into a shot glass. Drink the shot, and follow it immediately by sucking on a sugar-coated lemon wedge.

  7. get one of those cupcake display stands and have different shooters on each level. or just use cake stands or different trays at different heights. having them massed together makes an impressive display

  8. well um hmm line up beer bottles to make the # 30 then spray whipped cream all over the bottle they are full btw... then drink up!
