  1. Have you ever read the children's book "Miss Nelson is Missing"?  This sounds silly, but it totally fits your prompt.  In the book, Miss Nelson is a sweet, young teacher and her class is horrible.  They yell and ignore her and act up all the time.  So, one day Miss Nelson doesn't show up for class, but instead an old, ugly woman named Viola Swamp shows up.  She has black hair, a black dress, and warts all over her face.  She is strict and she yells and is horrible to the children.  The children want Miss Nelson to come back, so they go to her house, but instead they see Viola Swamp walking around the corner.  Miss Nelson ends up coming back to class the next week and the children are happy and they behave perfectly.  The last page shows Miss Nelson hanging up a black wig and dress in her closet and singing "I'll never tell...."  So, it turns out Viola Swamp was really Miss Nelson all along.  Silly story, but you may be able to use something like it in your speech.
